Pedicure
Is there anything I need to bring for my pedicure?
Bring a pair of open-toed shoes, such as thong sandals. Avoid wearing tight-legged pants that make it difficult to roll up adequately. And although we have a wide variety of a polish selection, feel free to bring in your favorite shade.
How long will my pedicure take?
Allow a full hour for your pedicure. It may only take less than an hour to finish but you will want to make sure your toes are completely dry before leaving.
Can you get a pedicure if you have a foot fungus?
No. To prevent the possible spread of the fungus to other clients, we do not provide pedicures to anyone with a foot fungus or open sores. This is for your protection and as well as ours
Manicure
How do I prepare for my manicure?
There’s not much to do to prepare for a manicure. It’s a courtesy to wash your hands. You might want to take off your rings, and remove any traces of old nail polish.
If my hand is injured, can I get a manicure?
If you have an injury to your hand – a wound, or joint or muscle strain, or a rash or broken skin – you are well advised to wait until you recover before you go, or else make your manicurist very aware of your limitations.
How long should I expect my manicure to take?
A manicure can last from 30 minutes to more than an hour, depending on what you’re having done. Leave yourself enough time to get the full benefit of the treatment, and make sure you don’t have to rush off.
Do I need to provide my own polish?
No. We have different colors to select from at Estetika. If you have a favorite color of polish however, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Can I receive a manicure if I have a fingernail fungus?
No. For our protection and ours we recommend that you wait to receive your manicure until after the fungus as been treated.
